St. Croix Youth Sailing Association, Inc. ("YSA") fosters the development of youth athletes that can represent the US Virgin Islands in national & international amateur sailing competitions. The YSA promotes the teaching of lifelong sailing skills and sound seamanship while instilling personal responsibility, sportsmanship, teamwork and an appreciation for the marine environment.
